Although personal checks are welcome, expect a two week delay in shipping due to clearance of check. Money orders, bank certified checks, Visa Master Card, Interact and C.O.D. may be used.(no C.O.D. to the USA)

Shipping:

Most parts are shipped via mail in Canada and air mail for USA however other services are available at your request.

Merchandise Return:

Please inspect merchandise upon arrival. Returns within 30 days of shipping date are O.K. After 30 days a 15% restocking charge will be applied. After six months a 50% restocking charge will be applied. For no reason will merchandise be accepted after one year. All returned merchandise must be accompanied by a Return Authorization Number, a copy of the invoice and a letter of explanation. Failure to do so will result in a delay of an exchange or refund. No Collect or C.O.D. returns will be accepted. CASH WILL NOT BE REFUNDED! STORE CREDIT ONLY!

Damage Claims:

All claims must be taken up with the carrier, for this reason please contact us ASAP. Please keep merchandise in the original carton for the carrier to inspect.

Foreign Shipment:

Freight will be charged as it costs WE SHIP PRIORITY POST AND AIR MAIL
